Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details (name, email, profile photo) when you sign up; host application details (name, city, phone) if you apply to host; listing details and photos; booking, intake and message content; and payment records such as amounts, status and Stripe identifiers.

We do not store your card number. Card data goes directly to Stripe.

How we use it

To run the marketplace: showing listings, matching guests with hosts, processing payments and payouts, supporting messaging, reviewing host applications, preventing fraud and abuse, and contacting you about your bookings.

What other people see

Your name, initials, avatar and reviews are visible on public listings. Your phone number and email are never shown publicly. A host sees the booking details you send them; you see the host's listing details.

Who we share with

Stripe for payments and payouts, and our hosting and database provider for storing the app's data. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep booking and payment records as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. You can request access to or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing lukevekse@gmail.com.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to run checkout. No advertising trackers.
